My first weight loss goal!
So, when I began weight watchers in high school, I set “mini goals” to help me achieve my BIG goal (80 pounds). I started off telling myself I would buy ___________ if I lost 10 pounds. When I reached that mini goal, I would go out and buy my reward and not anytime before then. Then I would set another reward for the next 10 and so on and so on. I went on to lose my 80 pounds. So, I’m stating it now that my goal is this…when I lose 10 pounds from now I will buy my Toby Mac CD that I wanted and not before then! Wish me luck
